Glenn Gardner, President of Operations
Glenn M. Gardner, President of Operations at Gardner Realtors®, is instrumental in expanding the company and maintaining the company as the market leader in Southeast Louisiana and Southern Mississippi.
Glenn entered the family real estate business in 1969 while also working on General Business Administration degree at LSU and then Loyola University in New Orleans, where he completed a Bachelor of Commercial Sciences Degree. He is also a graduate of the Realtors Institute of Louisiana, "GRI" and also has the national "CRB" designation (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager).
Licensed in Real Estate for over 37 years, Glenn has been a full-time Real Estate Broker for over 34 years. He became president of Gertrude Gardner Realtors in 1979 to present during which time Gertrude Gardner Realtors more than doubled its size and sales volume to increase its market position as one of Louisiana's & Mississippi's largest real estate firms even prior to the 2001 merger with Prudential Louisiana Properties.
Glenn has served as a Director of the Real Estate Board of New Orleans for several years and served as chairman of various committees such as the Board's first MLS Realtron, and the New Orleans Real Estate Board's Orientation. Glenn also served as a charter Director of New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors' Gulf South Realtors Information System (GSRIN), PHH Homequity's Principal Advisory Council, and the Prudential National Relocation Advisory Council. He was also a charter member of Real Estate Leaders of America and The Realty Alliance. Glenn continues to serve on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Realtors. He also enjoys being an instructor in Gardner's Fast Start Training program teaching "Principles of Success."
In addition to his successful Real Estate career, Glenn has been very active in community affairs and has served as a past Chairman of United Way's Real Estate Division's Fund Raising Campaign, a Deacon in Metairie Ridge Presbyterian Church and a member of The Gideons International, and World Presidents Organization.
Glenn is also the proud father of Glenn "Chip" Gardner and Crystal Gertrude Gardner, and husband to Sharon Gardner for over 20 years. On rare occasions, Glenn also gets to enjoy water & snow skiing, scuba diving, sailing and soaring.
Sharon Gardner, Vice President of Corporate Services
Sharon Gardner, Vice President of Corporate Services, has been instrumental in the continued success of the merged Companies, formally known as Gertrude Gardner Realtors, Martha Ann Samuel, Ltd. And Prudential Louisiana Properties; and the rapid recovery of 28 Branch Offices damaged and/or totally destroyed during the devastating 2005 Hurricane Katrina.
With over 9 years of Mortgage Banking and Mortgage Insurance experience prior to joining Gertrude Gardner Realtors in 1983, Sharon became President of First Louisiana Mortgage, one of the first successful mortgage companies within a major real estate company. In 1991, Mrs. Gardner became Director of Branch Services for Gertrude Gardner Realtors until the 2001 merger at which time she became Vice President of Corporate Services.
Crystal Gardner-Phillips, Vice President, Marketing & Public Relations
A native New Orleanian with a passion for experiencing new cultures, Crystal has formed a deep appreciation for our communities and the locals who make our culture so unique. As fourth generation of Gardner Realtors, she has made it her mission to carry on her great grandmother's founding principles including The Golden Rule. She believes that the real estate process should be enjoyable and fun, which is why she wakes up every day with the goal to support our Realtors in ensuring that buyers and sellers have the best experience possible.
Furthermore, she believes a home should be a reflection of what a person loves, which is why her Team Marketing created New Orleans Lifestyles, a local's blog designed to light the way to the lifestyle you love.
Crystal is regarded as a real estate and marketing expert in the industry. For her impact in the local business community, she was named a 2017 Woman of the Year by New Orleans City Business. She has spoken at many conferences including the following:

A recipient of the Compassion Award and Saints Community Quarterback Award, Crystal has a passion for investing in the lives of the homeless through The New Orleans Mission. She enjoys sharing hope with the hurting and believes that we can learn something from every person we meet.
Crystal is also a wife, mom, dog lover, adventure seeker, yogi, art admirer, outdoor enthusiast and traveler. She loves to plan spontaneous vacations (and yes that does make perfect sense in her mind).
Chip Gardner, Vice President of Operations & Special Initiatives
Glenn " Chip" Gardner is passionate about GARDNER's continued success as the best full-service real estate company in the region with a commitment to give back to local communities #GardnerLove. As the fourth generation in the family business, Chip is responsible for GARDNER's day-to-day operations, including the identification, prioritization, and execution of key projects.
Chip was honored in 2016 with a "Millenial Award" for his exemplary work within the real estate industry and dedication to making a difference in the community. The Millenial Awards honors dynamic young professionals who contribute to the community through public service, make significant strides in business sectors, and serve as cultural ambassadors.
Chip is regarded as a thought-leader in the real estate industry; he has spoken on numerous panels and received recognition at industry events across the country/world, including:

Chip's extensive real estate consulting experience across the country and world with Duff & Phelps - formerly Standard & Poors Corporate Value Consulting - provided a foundation to attain the prestigious MAI membership, which is awarded to those experienced in the valuation and evaluation of commercial, industrial, residential and other types of properties, and who advise clients on real estate investment decisions.
Chip graduated as The President's Scholar with a degree in Business Administration from Spring Hill College, along with recognition as a top three collegiate business owner by the Global Student Entrepreneur Awards presented by Saint Louis University. Chip went on to earn an MBA in Finance/Real Estate from Louisiana State University, solidifying his expertise and commitment to the field at a young age.
For fun, Chip enjoys cutting loose with a few libations, busting out stellar dance moves, eating at local dives, and cheering on the Fighting Tigers in Death Valley/ He also serves on the Board of Properties Foundation and Spring Hill College National Alumni Advisory.
